Our client is the construction and development arm of an international investment consortium.

This highly dynamic group have undertaken an ambitious and truly breath-taking development project – bringing back to life an iconic Grade II listed building and surrounding area and re-inventing it as one of the most exciting and innovative mixed use neighbourhoods in the world – a place for locals, tourists and residents to enjoy a unique blend of restaurants, shops, parks and cultural spaces.

Retail will naturally play a central role in this amazing new destination – there are exciting plans to develop a curated mix of restaurants, retail stores and leisure offerings which will appeal to residents, tourists and the wider local community. This is a multi-phase opening programme, with Phase One already up and trading, with a strong pipeline of new deals and tenant brands in play.

The destination will also feature a number of innovative new Leisure attractions, including a zip-wire across the Thames. The plan is to create a very “experiential” destination where people can work, live and play.

The organisation now seeks to hire a talented Communications Co-ordinator to spearhead all current and planned communications to residents, tenants and stakeholders. The company is striving to achieve “5-star luxury” standards of communication to reflect the prestigious nature of the development and the aspirational residential clientele.

The key focus of this role is to act as a focal point of communications within the organisation – setting the “tone of voice” voice for all communication. You will diligently collate and disseminate all appropriate information, keeping all internal and external stakeholders informed of key information and good news stories. from technical issues through to guest /concierge services and events via social media.

You will also play a highly visible role in co-ordinating the activities of the Residents Association and regularly updating the newly launched Residents App .

As each phase goes live the number of stakeholders and the scale of the role will clearly grow bigger, so this is a terrific opportunity to grow your career within a highly prestigious and dynamic environment.

This role currently reports directly to the Residential Property Director, so we are looking for someone with a positive “can-do” attitude. a collegiate and collaborative style, and a natural empathy and flair with all forms of social media.

You will likely possess a background in PR or Marketing within the Retail, Hotel or Leisure industries, with a lively and outgoing personality and the ability to thrive under pressure.
