A new way to shop in Finland
We are delighted to welcome the announcement of the opening of Zsar Outlet Village - the first premium outlet village in the Nordic region.
Located on the Finnish side of EU-Russian border, halfway between St. Petersburg and Helsinki, Zsar brings premium brands at affordable prices, for the first time, completely transforming the shopping experience for a cross-border catchment area of c. 8.5 million people.
Upon completion of phase two in 2019/20, the 20,000m2 GLA development will comprise around 115 homewares, cosmetics, accessories, and fashion stores, including Roberto Cavalli, Hugo Boss, and Guess.
In addition, Zsar is expected to create over 400 new job opportunities and draw other business activity to the local economy by magnetising the ever-increasing number of tourists from Russia and Asia.
Having brought Zsar's new Village Director - Michael Cockcroft - on-board, we're proud to have played our part in this wonderful development, and we're sure it will go on to be a great success.
